What a waste!!

So the other day I'm eating a few of those gummy candies and I realized I pulled out a part of a filling. Thankfully, I'm not in pain, but I called the dentist and made an appt for today to have my filling redone.

So I get there and the girl calls me back and proceeds to direct me into the X-Ray room and says, "you're not pregnant, right?" So I respond with, "well, I don't know...we're trying and I'm at the point in my cycle where I'm waiting to find out."

So she gets super annoyed with me and shoves me in the exam room and I can hear her saying to the dentist, "well we can't do anything because she doesn't know if she's preganant or not!"

The dentist comes in and I explain that I just don't know and I'm going to my MD tomorrow anyway for something else. He tells me that until I know for sure if I'm pregnant or not that he can't do anything. He tells me that typically, dental work is the last thing that anyone would want done if they are pregnant and that dentists typically don't like to do any dental work until the 2nd trimester. OK - fine - I can understand that - but I HAVE A GAPING HOLE IN MY TOOTH!!!!! So, if there is any luck and I am preggers, does that mean I'm supposed to walk around with a hole in my tooth for the next 3 months?!?!?!?

This whole TTC thing just got a lot more frustrating!!!

BTW - going to my ob/gyn tomorrow morning b/c I thought I was getting a UTI but it's not really hurting when I go to the bathroom (like it would typically when I get a UTI), but it's kinda just tingly down there and I keep having to pee although its just a bit all the time. Anyone get/experience anything like this??

Last time I went in for a cleaning and they asked if they could do x-rays, I had the same answer, "I don't know." They were overly happy for me and wished me well. Then said, if not, they'll do them next time. That's so rude that they had an attitude! Maybe the girl was fellow TTC'er and was jealous.
