i grill up chicken breast, cut it into strips and mix together with feta rigatoni or penne and greek salad dressing (the recipe from the better homes and garden classic cook book-which I can get for you when I am not to lazy to get off the couch )
I also pound the chicken breast thin and stuff with spinach and feta and broil until the chicken is cooked up.
DH loves both!

Add it to your salads.
You can pretty much put it on anything and it will taste good......chips, crackers. chicken, omelettes.........etc.

I used it in orzo, I added it along with diced black olives and diced cherry tomatos for a quick meal and a little garlic.
