Crock Pot advice
I recently became a crock-pot owner. I used to make (in the oven) brisket with 1 cup ginger ale, 1 cup ketchup & a packet on onion soup mix. It was a thick delicious sauce around the meat. I put it in the crock pot & it was excellent, but the sauce was soupy. I was kinda mad :(

Cut the ginger ale in 1/2. Crockpots don't let the liquids evaporate so they always create way more liquid than oven roasting does.
