Can anyone share Crock Pot chicken (no bone) recipes??

Can anyone share any chicken recipes (not on bone) that also doesn't require pre-cooking them in the frying pan???

I read that lean meats and chicken cutlets arent exactly "crock pot" material.....but if anyone has any recipes that work for them.........please share!! We always have soo much chicken and would love to incorporate the crock pot in it.

I made on the other night....YUMMY

I used boneless chicken breasts
a can of cream of mushroom soup
can of cream of broccoli soup
can of milk (used one of the soup cans to measure)
can of water (used same can )

mix soups together with milk and water
place chicken breasts in crock pot
pour soup mix over them

let cook for a few hours (until chicken is done ) it depends on the size of your chicken

I added some cut up broccoli and cauliflower to the mixture in the last cooking hour.

Cook until veggies are soft.
Serve over rice

my crock pot chicken cacciatore recipe in on this board somewhere....
theres also a great one our friend gave us for chicken chili...
a couple boneless chicken breasts
2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes w/green chili peppers ( in with other canned tomatoes)
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 envelope mild chili seasoning
2 cans of hominy ( in the goya aisle)
shredded cheese for garnish

throw everything but hominy into crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours...
about 15 minutes before you are ready to eat, drain hominy and put it in crock po to heat up

SOOO good and SOOO EASY
