Bed rest after ET....
NSLIJ told me 2 days of BR but this seems like a really long time. I am just wondering what the norm is.

I got to NSLIJ as well and they told me 2 days. I have friends who go to other centers and they had about the same - 48hrs. GOOD LUCK!

I had my transfer on a Saturday morning and spent the rest of that day on the couch. I took it easy on Sunday but didn't stay off my feet. Back to work on Monday.

I was told to 'take it easy' for 3 days post my 3-day transfer. The RE never mentioned anything about bed rest to me. I had my ET on Sunday afternoon and afterwards, DH and I just went home and sat on the couch. I went to work as usual on monday.

I stayed on my couch for about 24 hours and then started doing small things (like a quick trip to Old Navy). I took off from work for a week----high-stress job and didn't want to take any chances.

My RE said rest the day of, but I could resume my normal activites the next day. My husband on the other hand made me stay off my feet for 3 days

I did 48 hours of bedrest on the cycle that we got pregnant.

I was told to "take it easy" the day of the transfer, after that, it was "business as usual".
