now that im off bed rest, im afraid to move.
i dont know whats wrong with me lol i was waiting for this day, and im afraid to do anything.

It'll take getting used to, just like I'm sure being put on bed rest took getting used to. Try and trust your doctor. If they think it's okay, then it probably is. You'll get there.

yeah i do, more than anything. she said that its time to get moving, b/c its not good for my muscles. its been 4 months.

Just take it slow.....try doing some things around the house/yard and work up from there.
I can't see myself having that problem - I'm really starting to go stir crazy!!!

get up and go!!!  congrats on making it to this day!!!!!! baby steps is right! eventually you will get used to it. and just know little things will make you tired so little bits at a time and when your tired STOP!
