Does the one a day wieght control vitamin really work?
What exactly does it do? Its not a diet pill right?

Ive taken the One A Day Weight Smart ones and they didnt really show any sort of significant results to me personally.

I think they call it "weight control" just because it contains a small amount of green tea, or hoodia, which really has no effect. If you're interested in a supplement (not a diet pill) you can look into Chromium Picolinate, or Green Tea (make sure it is standardized), Acidophilus (to help cleanse), B Complex (energy), Hoodia or even Acai although there's little scientific data that Acai will do anything other than provide antioxidant properties.

They didn't work and they made me so nauseous - I didn't follow the directions and I took them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

I take them as a multivitamin but i know its not going to help me lose weight, i am only responsible for that! and yes, do not take this on an empty stomach or you will feel sick
