anyone take women's one a day vitamin
My doctor said for now to take this with iron.
Anyone take them?

I used to, but they made me really naseous.  Definitely take them with food! Also, be sure to take multivitamins in the morning. I learned the hard way that taking them too late can keep you up all night!
I take Viactiv now, as they are the only ones that don't make me sick... but I have a pretty weak stomach.
DH takes the ones for men and has no problems.

I take it after dinner every night. I haven't had any nausea (but I've never taken it on an empty stomach) or sleep issues. But everyone reacts differently to vitamins/meds.

I take it now but will be switching to something that doesn't contain gelatin when the bottle is done.
No problems here.

Me too.
Just a question, What is the difference between the one a day vitamin's, I know it's weight smart, But does it help you control your weight? I wanted to buy the one you have but i just was curious of the difference first..Thank you.

I take this one, I haven't had any problems with it!
Ditto...but definitely take it with food. I have them on my desk at work and take one each day after lunch.

No no! I would just prefer a vitamin that doesn't contain animal products.
