new restaurant luzzo's
i went there to eat since it replaced macaroni grill ( ) and it was absolutely terrible. the servers had so many tables, it took us 45 minutes just to get our food, then it was cold and the pizza crust was burnt. the service was terrible, the manager was running around yelling at the servers. completely unprofessional. i'll never go back again. just wanted to give my review. has anyone else been here?

I went a couple of weeks ago (it had been open only a few days) and thought it was pretty good. Our servers were really good as well.

Dh went for lunch and was not impressed. He said Bertucci's is so much better.

We went and thought it was just ok. The service was inadequate. BTW, the crust is supposed to be slightly burnt!

Sounds like the original Macaroni Grill. The food use to take 90 mins when they got buried, the manager used to yell, and they would often only make 3 of the 4 entrees on the tickets. The kitchen would crash every weekend. Yeah I would say give them time every restaurant goes thru a transition period before they get it together.

I went there for lunch a few weeks ago and wasn't impressed either. They messed up our order, and I wasn't overly impressed with the food. Plus I found the seats very uncomfortable!

We stopped in there last week for dinner and were not impressed either. They brought out DH's food about 5 minutes before my food, and our waitress was pretty neglectful. Probably wouldn't go back there
