Good breakfast?
Today I had a Arnold's sandwich thing (100 cal, 5 grams fiber 1 g fat) with a little lite PB (1 tbspn).
Is this a good bfast after a workout?
Any other suggestions?

Re: Good breakfast?
It is a good breakfast but I know it wouldn't be enough for me. I would have to add a yogurt, cottage cheese or veggie juice.
After my runs, I have any of the following for breakfast:
a whole wheat or flax wrap with 2 egg whites, a slice of low fat cheese and some turkey with a side of carrot juice
small egg & veggie quiche (cupcake size) with a sliced tomato & 1/2 avocado
small portion of oatmeal with a side of cottage cheese (which I doctor up with cinnamon, vanilla & slivered almonds)
yogurt with raw, unsalted, shelled pumpkin seeds mixed in & a grapefruit
If I am going to eat breakfast at work, I will grab one of those Amy's organic frozen wraps. They sell a breakfast one that I like. It's made with tofu (as an egg substitute), beans & diced tomato. I'll have that with carrot juice.
