Ok, how many points would you say this meal is (sushi/chinese food)
8 pieces of california rolls (medium size) and a pint of steamed chicken with mixed vegetables with brown sauce on side??
I calculate it to be 9 (I think it may be more) 4 for the rolls and 5 for the chicken.

According to WW online:
Cali rolls = 6 pts
Chicken w/ veggies is 5 pts for a cup. I think a pint might be more then 1 cup.
How much brown sauce? 1/4 cup - 1pt
