I have to start taking them tomorrow.
Should I wear a panty liner?

Yes, def wear a panty liner. Some days are worse than others. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought.

definitely wear a liner.
I actually had to go out and get the super strength liners (still thin like a liner, but with better absorbency).
I found that the first few days weren't too bad, but it would get worse after a few days!
