Omg, the house is back on!!!!!!!!!
So the deck for the house needs a CO and variance, we were told thid could take months! So we have been weighing all of our options and got a call from the RE today and she says the expediter the seller hired says it will take 6-8 weeks! OMG, this is awesome!
We were so worried that the whole deal was going to fall apart, but with this news we could still make it in by the beginning of the school year!
I am a bit excited this morning!!!!!
