Eyesore with questionable behavior is in contract
The eyesore on my block is in contract. Why someone would buy that piece of junk is beyond my understanding - needs TONS of work - but allelujah!! Maybe they will knock it down and rebuild. Keeping my fingers crossed that it all works out. I was ready to move bc I couldn't stand it.

if its cheap enough its worth it to buy and knock down or gut and blow out. maybe a builder bought it or someone whos going to work to it like i said. where is it?

Hopefully whomever it is is going to renovate. I had one on my block and luckily they renovated. But I was worried they would just leave it is is and live there....which would make me worry about WHO would do that??
So I  they renovate for you!

My parents bought an eyesore. It was what they could afford & they liked the area.
It was a rental & had been destroyed.
They werene't really handy at the time, but just cutting the grass & painting the shingles made it look so much better ( I've seen pictures.)

YAY!!!! It is still a great location with SD, etc so maybe they will knock it down. Now someone needs to come to MY block and buy the eyesore next door to me!

our friend bought the eyesore on his street... it was abandoned for a few years, even had a huge hole in the roof!!
BUT, hes been working on it- and now it looks so gorgeous! and his neighbors all love him for it lol
you should post before and after pics!

YES!!! I told my other neighbor about it and we decided we are going to be doing the cabbage patch dance on the lawn the day they're gone. Honestly, the eyesore is a smaller part of the problem vs. the questionable behavior. They're already moving stuff out. Believe me, I was so upset to think about selling bc we did lots of work on our house.
