So, uh...now what?
I literally just got a BFP about an hour ago!  So now what do I do? What's the next step...when do I call the doctor? Should I wait and test again in a few days? I've got no clue.

congratulations!!! I would give your doctor a call and see if he wants to have to take a blood test How many DPO's are you?

CONGRATS call your doctor and tell them you got a postive pregnancy test,,,some doctors dont see you until 8 weeks mine saw me right away for blood work and then a 6 weeks for a sono..

Congrats! I know when I was preggo with DS they had me come in the very day I got a BFP for bloodwork and then again a few days later to make sure the numbers were on the rise. i didn't actually see a Dr. until 8 weeks.

Like others said, call your ob/gyn and let them know you got a positive pregnancy test - and see what they want to do from there.
