Lance talked to me today!
I had heard that Lance will come on the Nike+ when you hit a milestone or something like that. Today he told me congrats because I had run my best mile! Oh Lance, how I love thee so

Congrats! How fast was the mile? (You should be bragging more!)
I downloaded the Lance Armstrong running workout from iTunes - it's intervals and he has slower songs for the slower intervals and faster songs for the faster ones, and he's all motivating throughout. Love him too.

Congrats!! Lance congratulated me on Sunday for my longest run so far, 7 miles! I like to hear from Tiger though! There's someone else on there, I forget her name, but I have no idea who she is.

Get out there are other people on there too???
I have come to the realization that I had been taking my ear phones out too early and I may have missed some. I surely though I would've heard him before but I guess I just missed it 
I am not very fast it it was an 8m23s mile. It took 130 miles for me to hear him

I've heard lance, tiger and the other woman. The woman most...but i think they talk for different reasons (fastest time, furthest, etc)
I wish they had more...the beginning was fun to see if they would come on, but now they barely come on.
