May I Come Aboard?
Just getting ready - will prob start "officially" trying in a few months...
Dr. told me to start taking Folic Acid right now. I already take a Vitamin B complex. I happened to look at the label and it said it also was B Complex with Folic Acid. The label said it was 100% of daily recommended dosage of Folic Acid. Do you think I need to take additional or this is fine?

yea they recommend taking 800mg of folic acid i believe.. i

OK - I'll have to look at the bottle when I get home, but I think it said 1000 mcg...
