omg!
Ryan got 2 shots yesterday...woke up this morning w/ 101 fever and just projectile vomitted everywhere!...
What can I do for him...I called the emergency service...im waiting for a call back...

Tylenol, keep him hydrated if you can, and lots of cuddles until the doctor calls. At four months, 101 isn't really scary (although not at all pleasant!)

Yea.... he dosent think its from the shots... they think he has a little bug 
However- he did say the fever may have been from the shots, and when I gave him tylenol it irritated his tummy.... but he doubts thats the case..
So he said no solids today... to give some pedialyte, and only like 2 oz of formula @ a time...
Anyone else have any suggestions?

A warm, not cold or hot, bath. Even just wiping him down with a warm washcloth. Also, don't overdress.
But there's not much else, just liquids. You could possibly try motrin instead of tylenol. It lasts 6-8 hours as opposed to 4.
