CD1 with CBEFM?? help needed
AF finally came after a long cycle. this is my first time using CBEFM and i am already confused.
In the book, it says that if you get AF during the day, set the next day to CD1. How come?
Yesterday i had very light pink spotting. This morning i woke up with darker spotting (sorry tmi) and AF showed up full force during the day.
Do i use today as CD1?? Or would it be tomorrow?

Same thing happened to me. I am also a bit confused as to whether to set tomorrow as CD1 or 2. Fertility Friend is marking today as CD1 since it is my first day for full flow. So I am leaning towards going ahead and setting tomorrow as CD2 on my CBEFM so I am not confused.
Any other advice anyone???

Today is CD1-CD1 is always the day AF comes full force.

Make sure you also set it in the morning, not the afternoon or evening since you need to use FMU with the monitor. If you set it in the afternoon or evening, that's when it's going to ask you for a stick.

hold the m button until 2 shows up. tomorrow is cycle day 2. I usually get AF during the day after the time i would set it..so i set it day 2.
