Help needed with CBEFM....

first time using it, i got AF today. im not sure how to set the testing window.
i dont see a clock on the machine

can anyone help?

you need to set it when you'll test first thing in the am. You have a 6 hour window (3 hrs before, 3 hrs after.) So i set mine at 6 am when i get up; therfore i can test anywhere between 3 am - 9 am.

So if today is day 1 of AF and its evening now, set it tomorrow morning for day 2 at a time you would be able to test everyday. You may not see a clock, but it has a clock internally.
Hit the M button until it flashes and you see the 1. Keep holding it until the 2 comes up and then let go.

You have up until CD 5 to set the testing window.

yeah, it takes a while..


and it does say that it doesnt account for chaning time zones..something to think about if you're going to travel with it.

and it doesnt account for daylight savings (at least i dont think it does)which i learned the hard way b/c i got up sunday at 8:10 (when it would normally have been 9:10 and i missed my window that day.
