once you are a week late and still dont have AF.. i would call your OB and make an appt for a bloodtest

Do you know when you ovulated?
This is the 1st month that I didn't use OPK's. I decided I was going to not stress about TTC this month (yeah, like that worked  ). We BD'd on day 8, 9, 11, 13, 14 and 16. I got CD 20 bloodwork and they called to confirm that I did O.

Hmm without knowing when exactly you ovulated it's tough to say how "late" you actually are. I'd wait a week like Deanna said (metsgirl07).

Yes, you "can" get false positives. I would wait through the weekend and if you don't get AF or a BFP I would call the Dr
