HI

Hi, I'm new here!

DH and I are trying to conceive. I have PCOS, so I know that it is going to be a challenge.

I've been tracking my temperature. My temp was slightly elevated for a couple of days and now it has been between 99 and 99.2 for the last three days? Is this me ovulating?

Sorry I'm not very knowledgeable about this stuff. I've researched on the web and have started pre-natal vitamins.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

TIA

Okay here's what to do:

When you're looking at your chart, click on the lefhand side "Sharing" - then go to "Home Page Setup" and there should be a link in there... post that link and I can post your chart for you Chat Icon

You're close!

Try one more time...

Sharing, then Home Page Setup - and there's a link that says: Your Charting Home Page Web Address

From CD 1?

How come those aren't in your chart?

It's very rare to have the same exact temperature every single day. Are you using a basal body thermometer that goes to 2 decimal places?

No, just a regular digital thermometer. Does that screw things up?

This stuff still confuses me. I've only been actively ttc since the wedding.

I'm probably doing everything wrong....

Don't feel bad!

You need a basal thermometer - they sell them at CVS for less than $10. They track your waking temperature.

If you go onto FertilityFriend, there is a whole course that you can take which is really informative and will tell you everything you need to know about temping!

Start again fresh next month (unless you get your BFP of course!)

Just keep in mind that with PCOS, temping/charting, OPKs, and the CBEFM might not be accurate for you... you may want to consult with an RE.
