sleep and morning sickness
Anyone else find that if they can just sleep in esp. on the weekends, the morning sickness isn't that bad? When I get up at 6:15, I get queasy and dry heaves, but on a Saturday if I sleep till 9 or even 10, I don't get sick.

Re: sleep and morning sickness
I do. The later I sleep in, the better I feel when I get up. Some weekends I sleep in til noon. I know its late, but by the time I get up, no morning sickness.

Yes, I have also noticed that the more sleep that I get the less I feel m/s. However, if I go to bed very late and wake up at that same late time, I'll still get sick because I technically didn't get more sleep. Basically it means I am Boring Betty on the weekends so that I can catch my ZZZs and not feel sick!

Re: sleep and morning sickness
I 100% agree!!!! i have very rough weeks when I got o work. I am up by 4:45am and I have horrible horrible M/S until like 1-2pm. The weekends are so muchbetter as long as i go to bed early and then sleep late. My guess at this point (I am in my 15th week)that is has to do with how tired i am!!

Re: sleep and morning sickness
I wish if I could sleep in. I wake up every morning feeling nauseous and throw up anywhere between 4 and 6 and than can't go back to sleep after that b/c my stomach still feels horrible.
