Another ? about OPK’s
Probably a silly question I know but how much water affects your OPK’s. I try and drink a considerable amount of water throughout the day. Should I not be doing this while using OPK’s? Would this throw off my result. I know that I have to hold my urine for 4 hours which I have been doing but should I be cutting my water intake as well? TIA

Yes, the instructions for OPKs advise to cut your water intake in the four hour wait.
