how long do you lay on pillow after BD?
just curious to see what others do...
After BD i put pillow under lower back/butt and lay for about 10 minutes.

last time i laid there for like 40 minutes lol but DH put the game on and we watched from bed.

i try to make it so we BD at night before we go to bed so that afterwards i can just go to sleep.
but if the moment catches us and i cant go to sleep right after then usually i try to lay down for at least 30-40 mins with a pillow under my butt.

I don't, it serves no purpose other than to possibly trap the swimmers and keep them from entering.

I usually go to sleep afterwards, but if not, I wait as long as I can, which is usually 15-20 minutes.
