down 1.4 this week for a total of 37.5 lbs lost.
I really want to hit 40 by Dec 31st!! It's going to be a rough 2 weeks to pull it off but i have faith!!

Down 0.6 yesterday for a total of 12. Best part is that I am officially back to my pre-pregnancy weight before DS #2. Now just 4lbs to go to get back to pp weight from DS#1

I am trying just to maintain and then kick it up again come Jan 4. Would start Jan 1 but birthday is Jan 2

Went to WW today and weighed in. It wasn't good which I was expecting but the meeting was great to get my head back in the game. Anyone else brave the scale today?

I did and I lost .4 which I was VERY about because I was not good this week at all and I have not exercised in over 4 weeks. Last week I gained 2.8 lbs and I was expecting to gain again this week. Ive gotten into a rut because the cold weather has kept me from running. I need to either get a gym membership or a treadmill ASAP!!! I have some videos but I'd REALLY like to keep up with the running thing.

I gained .6 this week.. which was SO much better than I expected after the party I had with myself on Thurs and Friday.. although I'm convinced the damage didn't hit the scale yet, and I'm having a tough 2 days this week so far.
I'm having a very hard time staying on track being off from work... I really don't think I'm going to hit my goal by Saturday

Down .6. I know I should be happy that its a loss, but I have stayed on program throughout the holidays, and I have hit a stand still with my weight loss. I know some people can't lose weight while nursing and I guess I'm one of them.
