We are just trying on our own now. It gets to expensive for us now to try all the opks. If after some time we have no results then we will resort to all the helpful tips.

We tried to just go with the flow the first two months. Once that didn't work, I bought OPKs and did that for 5 months, then I bought a CBEFM and used that last month and this month. I guess we went with the progressively crazier plan!

This is completely subjective. I don't think it makes sense for anyone to say "you should" anything 
I stress out less with ttemping and OPKs then I would just winging it. I have crazy cycles and that's just how I am - I need to have an active role. But I definitely see how the process may stress others out.

I was wondering the same thing!
There are saliva OPKs available as well. Here's a link to one.

At first, I started temping, but that just didn't work for me. Too much of a pain in the neck and not accurate.....so, I went onto OPKs which work much better for me.

Like the link a PP put up. The saliva thing I have is called Perfect time and it looks like a lipstick tube. You have to be patient and make sure the saliva dries but I had great success.

december was only our 2nd month trying. the first month we just went au naturale. december we used opk's. this month we're gonna continue with the opk's and try barilla pasta and praying to St. Gerard!
