? about Progesterone suppositories
Am I supposed to lie down after putting one in? The RE didn't say to- and I take them 4x a day so i'd have to lie down on the bathroom floor at work...

no, it's not necessary to lay down at all - I put them in and go about my business.... the only one I lay down after is the one when I'm going to  anyway!

i was on them 4X a day also, and never had to lay down afterwards. Wear a liner for possible leakage.
