HEADACHE!!!
I haven't had a headache since I became pregnant in september but last night I got a KILLER headache. I woke up with a headache but not as bad.
I am trying not to take anything but what are you allowed to take? I know that advil is a no-no. Should I try & not take anything?

I always try to stick it out and take nothing but a couple of times I have caved. You can take Tylenol.

Tylenol is OK. Try drinking extra water and rest as much as possible.

If you are having un-bearable headaches, ask your OB/midwife what you can take. I get severe migraines, and am prescribed medication for them. I hope you get to feeling better.

When I was pregnant and got headaches the dr. told me tylenol and caffeine (like a cup of coffee) and lay down with an ice pack and take a nap.
