i have such a bad headache
yesterday i cleaned my room and now my allergies are acting up and i have a very bad headache i think i am going to take 3 tylenols it helps. but i seriously feel like someone is playing the drums on my head! i hope its only my allergies and i am not getting sick thats all i need now!

when you get home, take a wet face cloth and put it in the microwave, lay down with it on your face for about 30 minutes. always helps with my sinus headaches

low music, something soothing, a few motrins and eyes closed. If you have an herbal pack, heat it up in the microwave ... also level your breathing, slowly.

Aww feel better! I ended up taking Tylenol b4 I left work too! My head is killing me! I refuse to miss my anniversary dinner tonight!
