Re: CD1?

CD1 is the first day of your period. The first day that you need a pad or tampon. First full day of heavy, normal flow.

The day after your smiley is usually the day you ovulate. Two days after your smiley is 1dpo (dpo = days past ovulation)

Re: CD1?

I think she actually means 1DPO.

I usually counted 2 days after getting a +OPK as 1DPO. The day you get your smiley face is not the day you O, it's when you are surging. You can expect to O about 36 hours later.

Re: DPO1?

I count 3 days after my +OPK as 1 DPO.

For me, I always got 2 days of +OPKs and O'd the day after the second. So the day following that would be 1 DPO.
I think it's good to go by that even if you aren't sure when you O because this way you are being conservative and it lessens the temptation to test too early!
