Is this normal?
Im on CD11 and I just saw EWCM. (not to be gross). Isn't that early? I'm not using OPK yet, so do I count a certain amount of days from now that I'm dpo? Or would I see the EWCM everyday I'm ovulating?

Sure it is! I ovulate around CD 13 and get EWCM around CD 11. Whenever you see EWCM, start BDing! Unfortunately, unless you are using OPKs or taking your temperature, there really is no way for you to know when you are ovulating. Can you try OPKs? The digital ones make it so easy and then you know for sure when the best days to BD are.

thanks girls. i dont really have a "normal cycle". ive been on the pill for years and this is my first month off. ive been regular with a 28 days cycle on the pill. i think ill try the OPK next month.

Your cycle on the pill has nothing to do with what your cycle will be like off the pill. The pill regulates your cycle. Did you have a regular cycle before going on the pill?
It's not too early to have EWCM, but it doesn't necessarily mean you're about to ovulate. Your body could just be adjusting to going off the pill. I know I had a lot of changes in CM after coming off the pill. It was very confusing trying to figure out whether I was ovulating just based on that. Good luck.
