MORE time off of work and make LESS money or LESS time off of work and make MORE money?

One of the reasons I became a teacher was because of the vacation time. I want to have more time with my kids and in my life in general.

Since I'm not married, have no kids and live on LI, I want the money.
Once I move upstate, I want time to enjoy with family and actually enjoy life.

Depends on how much time and how much money we are talking. But, one of the reasons I took the job I have is I have a generous amount of time off, that I can carry over and great benefits. I make very slightly less than I would have in other jobs, but at this point in my life, I feel like I make enough and I want to enjoy the rest of my life more.
I work 9-5, no overtime no weekends and am very happy with that.
ETA: I don't have kids, I just enjoy having time to pursue other interests, and will have more time with kids if that time comes.

I'm ok where I am- I make enough money and work 9 to 5pm
I had the oppertunity to go back to work in the city - with an increase- but I realized I value my free time

I would love to have more time off and less money, but since I am the one who makes more money, I can't really do that. Unless we cut back on our spending.

i used to work 12-13 hour days, and made a NICE salary...
HOWEVER, I barely saw my daughter - (she'd be with the sitter after school, and when i picked her up, it was her bedtime - NO quality time together... )
I would NOT go back to that for all the money in the world!!!

Since we dont have kids yet and DH works a ton of hours now, I would rather work more and make more $$. When we decide to have a family I would probably rather have more time off.

Well, I already chose the more time off with less money option. I work for a private school and make crap money, however, we get way more time off than public schools. I love it.
