Moodiness is driving me nuts! [rant]
I am in such a #$%@ing mood today. It must be these BCPs. I've been on BCPs 3 times in my life...all for my IVFs. I hate them so much. I have absolutely no libido, I want to eat everything in site, can't sleep, depressed, anxious, and am fatigued beyond what's normal.
I want to scream, cry, and sleep all at the same time. how am I going to get through 3 more weeks of this???

I hated the BCP also and never took them in my life except for IVF. Hang in there it's only for a few weeks.

I'm so sorry!
I am on bcp now also but not for IUI, not IVF (long story!)
I felt the SAME WAY. I have never been on BCP for my entire life except for now. Which are you on? I am taking Lybrel.
There were about 5 days where I felt like I was literally INSANE. I wanted to scream and cry all at the same time. I found that even the tiniest of annoyances made me want to bite someone's head off! I have been coping a little bit better and have been trying to find more "alone" time so that I don't fight with DH even though he does not deserve it!

What BCP are you on? When they put me on them (Kariva)- I was a lunatic on them.... I felt jittery and just awful the entire time I was on them. I make a note to ask them to never put me on that brand again!

I'm on BCPs too and I've never taken them before, even for my 1st IVF.
Since I have a blood clotting disorder I think my RE had to give me a low dose or something. I've been on them for 7 days and no problems at all. Also I'm only on them for 14 days.

It's Kariva...It's probably just BCPs in general, not the specific kind. not sure.
And yes, I'll definitely give DH a warning...as long as he knows it's not anything he's done, he doesn't care if I bite his head off. My poor students on the other hand...
