I think I messed up CBEFM... HELP!
Ok... so I turned on the CBEFM and set it cd3... but I just re-read the directions (for like the 4th time) and because I set the "m" button at 245, does that mean that I have to take the test in that time frame (1145am to 545pm - testing window)?
Or can I reset?
Or should I?
I know that the direction booklet says to use FMU but from what I understand from doing OPKs is that I should use urine after the 4 hour hold btw 2 and 8...
HELLLLPP!! My head is spinning!

You should set the monitor at the time you would be getting up in the morning. You need to use FMU with the monitor, so by setting it at 2:45 in the afternoon, the monitor will not ask you for a test stick in the morning when you turn it on. Since it's only CD3, I think you may still be able to reset it. I would do it in the morning when you get up.
ETA: The reason why the monitor asks for FMU is because it's not only testing for LH, but it's also reading your Estrogen as well. OPKs just detect the lutenizing hormone.

MrsRbk is right....just wake up tomorrow, and reset it to CD4 so you have a new window. You just have to press that 'm' button until it flashes and you can change the number. Good luck!

I assume you meant to switch that around? Meaning why use FMU for CBEFM and not OPKs?
I answered that already in my previous post. The OPKs only detect the Lutenizing Hormone (LH). The CBEFM detects your LH as well as your Estrogen (which is more concentrated in the morning).
