IVF and exercise
I walk to and from the train station everyday, which takes aout 15 minutes each way, and another 45 minutes during my lunch break.
Can I continue this throughout my IVF cycle, or will there be a point where I'll be asked to stop, and if so, at what point?

Re: IVF and exercise
Totally fine! I went walking every night after work during both my IVF cycles. They just don't want you doing strenous excercise. I felt the walking really helped to keep the bloat at bay and not too uncomfortable.

Re: IVF and exercise
As long as its not the "omg...I'm so late walk run"...LOL....
Cornell doesn't let you do anything but walk. And I admit I have been a lazy bum the entire cycle so far. Maybe that explains why my stomach is so bloated. I had a dream last night that I went walking. Maybe your post is another sign that I better get moving.

Re: IVF and exercise
From what I had gotten out of my IVF meeting they just don't want you to do any kid of strenous exercise or really any bouncing around b/c your ovaries get so big. Bouncing could cause them to contrort.

Re: IVF and exercise
Toward the end of stimming and for a few days after retrieval you will probably be uncomfortable but walking should be OK.
