Exercise - IVF
I was wondering what everyone Dr's said about IVF and exercise. I am reading studies done that women that exercise have a lower success rate.
I never thought being a regular exerciser would hurt me in any way.. but yet again I was wrong.

Prior to the transfer, my RE told me that I could keep up with my regular exercise regimen (which included weight training, running). Post transfer I was told to take it easy on my workouts.

Wow that is great news.. I hope my dr says the same thing.. My stress relief is exercise so I really hope I don't have to give it up all together.
