Being off BCP and zits???
Anyone else experience increased acne since ending BCP? I have been off since May and each month it gets worse and worse around AF time. I hate this. My face is all broken out and it is driving me crazy. I never had this when I was on the pill. I guess this is what I have to deal with!

This is me. Its on my face and my back. November will be one year since ive been off BCP. It has gotten better but I still break out. I'm just worried what it will be like once I am pregnant.

Yes! I actually posted a few days ago complaining about the fun little new things that happen when you're off BCP -- and this was one of them. My forehead and chin are the worst. I've been using a face scrub for oily skin hoping that would do the trick...but unfortunately, its not. It's quite frustrating

Just came of BCP last month (not ttc at the moment just needed a break) haven't had any problems because I've been going to a dermatologist and getting facials once a month. It makes a world of difference!

OMG, Yes! My skin has become very greasy and zitty since coming off BCP.

When I first went off 3 years ago, my face broke out for about 4 months, then everything leveled out and I've been clear since! (except for the zits that popped up on my loewr back a week ago )

my face to, it stinks! And I can't find anything that works well. I usually start breaking out a week before and it takes forever for them all to clear up, then i start all over again! I've been off for 6 months now and I haven't seen any change, so i guess thats the way its going to be for me.

Same here... after I went of BCP I broke out bad. It's better now, but I still get some bad breakouts once in a while.

I started to break out like I was a teenager again . It has gotten a little better. I have been off the pill for two months now.

Yes!! I went off in Jan to start TTC and OMG my face was a disaster!!! It got better though. I think your hormones need time to adjust

I came off BCP in December, and my face started getting bad in June. The dr. told me it was from coming off the pill and it should get better.
Well now I am 9.5 weeks pregnant and it is completely WORSE.
But they keep saying it is normal.
