Vit B6 and prenatals
I am trying to extend my lutheal phase...can I can prenats and Vit B6 at the same time?

How much B6 are you taking? TCOYF recommends 200-500 mg/day to lengthen an LP

Yep! I take a B-complex and prenatal in the morning. Then, I take a B6 pill at night with dinner. So far, so good.
