thank you so much for thinking about me..
well not so good news.. i got AF this morning and im in sooooooooo much pain 
ever since i lost the baby my periods have been horrible.. they always come on time, but they are very painful, and its a constant reminder.. it just kills me
i have to some way stay calm about trying again next month and not get crazy.. i would love some advice and tips.. im so lost and confused

Can you and DH take some time to get away for a long weekend or something?? I know that when things get crazy, we find an inexpensive way of getting away... whether we visit friends or find a small bed and breakfast, we go there to get away from "home" and enjoy what we do have in life and ourselves.
I am SO sorry, I really don't know what other words to say...

I am sorry. I wish I knew enough to advise you somehow. Is it possible for you to arrange a weekend get away around your o time this upcoming month? Or maybe just plan a romantic day/evening(s)/weekend together?

I know its easier said then done but just go with the attitude of winging it! No temping No Charting Nothing! Just good old if it happens it happens attitude! I hope and pray for you to have a baby. Hang in there!! It will happen!!!

I am so sorry... I saw this quote on the IF board one day and whenever I get overwhelmed with the whole TTC thing I read it....

I'm sorry to hear this!
I had myself so worked up last month, and when AF showed I couldn't deal.
This month, I have a few more days until I can test. I have decided to wait until AF is late. I have decided that I'm not going to let this affect me so negatively.
I've been catching up with friends/family - it seems since we all got married/ttc, we don't communicate as much.
I've been walking my dog a lot, making decisions on our renovations. I've been hanging out with DH more - outside of our bedroom!
I don't know. I guess my point is, I'm making a concerted effort to keep my life moving forward. It will happen for all of us. I believe that.
Ever since I started doing this, a calmness has come over me. I hope it lasts.
Keep your head up - it's all going to be ok!
