I am out . . . .
AF arrived full force today. I started taking B6 today to try and extend my luteal phase. This is only my second month charting. My first month my LP was 13 days. This month only 9. Not sure if this is a pattern, so I figured it couldn't hurt to take the B6. I took 100 mg. I am not sure if I should take more. I am also going to make sure I stay on schedule with my pre-natals.
This was our second month trying, so onto month 3.

i started with 200mg of the b6 and it didn't help lenghten anything - so i am now taking 300mg. I will let you know if it makes any difference in September!
you can't do any harm by taking up to 500mg - your body will just pee out anything it doesn't need.

I just bought b6. My prenatals have a teeny bit of b6 and b12. Do I still need to take a B-complex with it?

Can you post your charts? Are you sure about your ovulation dates? Your LP shouldn't really change that much from month to month. How long have you been off BCP (if you were on it at all)?
