I'm on CD17. I got a + on the OPK. (I use the first response with the lines) on Sunday the 17th. How would I know how many days post ovulation I am now?. I felt cramps on my right side that same day but today I am still feeling some light camps.

They say you normally ovulate 24-36 hours after you get the plus on the OPK...so i would say today you are 3DPO. I'd count MONDAY as your O day - but that's just me. Some people go with the 2 day rule...and in that case you'd be 2DPO.

I always suggest that people go with the lower DPO since it is then less tempting to test too early!

CD 9 of first clomid cycle. Doctor's appointment tomorrow morning to see my progress. I'm  that my body is responding.

I'm CD13 and WTO but on my monthly cycle it says today is a day that I'm fertile? Should I today or wait until sat/sun when I will be Oing?
