YAYAYAY!!!
Though this is my first post on this board, I've been lurking around the boards and reading other people's stories. DH and I started TTC this month and this morning I got a BFP! I tested at 3 in the morning (wanted to make sure it was a FMU!) and I nearly passed out when I saw the plus sign! I'm cautiously optimistic though--I know it's early. The doctor said not to come in until the beginning of Sept. Is that took long to wait?

Happy and healthy 9 months!
A lot of Practitioners won't see you until you are 8 weeks along, so beginning of September is fine. They won't really be able to see anythign on ultra sound for a few weeks!!

thanks for the good wishes!!! I'm still in shock! I feel like I need to keep taking pregnancy tests to make sure the first result wasn't a fluke.

We pretty much BD'd every other day in what I thought was the middle of the cycle. I just came off the pill so I didn't know what my cycle was like so I estimated and I guess it worked. I don't even know what Deanna's plan is.

I've actually been told by one doctor you are extremely fertile when first coming of BCP, i kick myself now for waiting to TTC
