Definetely Out but still no AF

Definetely Out but still no AF
I was in the ER last night for horrible pain on my left side. I thought I had a cyst that burst but nothing was seen. I had a blood test and am definetely not pregnant. I was told my pains were just bad menstral cramps or may be I just didn't ovulate yet

I know it must be frustrating not to have any answers right now.
Have you seen your ob/gyn about this yet?

I was there this week and they didn't see anything. They were working under the assumption that I was pregnant

So what do you think your next step should be?
Maybe try seeing them again now that you know you aren't pregnant and see what they can do for you. Maybe you'll need something to bring on AF?
