luteal phase
How can you find out with certainty how long your luteal phase is? I was playing around with the options on mymonthlycycles.com, and noticed that if you change the luteal phase, your O date changes-- this could have totally put me on the wrong BD schedule--
Any info? Thanks!!

Your luteal phase is the amount of time in between when you ovulate and when you get AF. So to figure it out you need to know when you ovulate. This can be done with OPKs or, more precisely, with temping.

the easiest way to figure this out is to temp for a month or two and count the number of days between O (your temp jumps up after you O) and when AF comes (your temp goes back down).

Thank you ladies! I'm still so new to this whole TTC process, and I have a feeling this isn't our month-- no AF symptoms, in fact, all symptoms I "thought" I had are totally gone. So I think I'll try temping next cycle!
I'm sure I'll have dozens of questions for you
