Not TTC yet but have a simple question
I just started tracking my AF monthly cycles. I just got AF late last night like around 10:30, very light to medium. Should I count yesterday as CD1 or today since it was closer to midnight? TIA

Today is your CD1. CD1 is your first full day of full flow.
