OPK question
The instructions for the kit I bought said test after holding your urine for 2 hours. Is it ok to use FMU, or is that a no-no? Should I try and test around the same time every day??

Ive read on multiple websites that for OPKs its best to use urine from about noon-8pm.
Pee now and then wait 3 hrs or so and then test
ETA: I usually test between 2-4 and it always is accurate

Thanks, I read that somewhere too and I just wanted to double check!!! I've been testing at 7 when I get home from work, but I wanted to do it a little earlier......not sure about doing it at work though, I don't want anyone catching on to what I am doing.

7 is a perfect time. I've heard that results are best between 2 and 8 pm. I've tested as late as 11 pm with accurate results too.
You do want to test at approximately the same time each day, after having held in your urine for 4 hours (3 is okay, and 2 is probably okay too as long as you're not drinking a gallon of water in that time which would dilute your urine).
