You just made me laugh- first time I've heard that but I guess you never know!
For me, that is a sign of ovulation- when I got BFP my hoo haa hurt and I didn't want to be touched!

But honestly, there is NO true sign that you are pregnant other than a positive pregnancy test!
I know it's easy to analyze and overanalyze, but try not to drive yourself crazy
