OPK question
ok i think i am going to use them next month to try and pinpoint when i O..
when is the best time to test?? FMU or during the day?? and should you hold it for a certain amount of time??

Just bought some yesterday- the directions said to wait 4 hours to pee.

i'm about to write this like i have a clue - but from what i have read.....
4 hour hold
the later in the day you test the better, as the hormone builds in your system all day. my o kit says any time before 8:00 pm

You should not use FMU with the OPKs. The best time to test is between 2:00pm-8:00pm.

so no FMU ... and try testing between 2pm and 8pm.. 
sounds easy enough... now i hope my bladder cooperates

I follow this as well.
What I do is empty my bladder a little before 12. Then starting from 12 I hold till 4pm. It is pure hell to hold it but I do it.
