Question about charting
I just started charting and I have a question. Do you usually get a temp dip before O? Thanks

Re: Question about charting
I actually do, but it is not necessarily the norm. If you do not it's fine. As long as your temperature rises and stays risen consistently for at least 10-14 days, you know that you are ovulating with a long enough luteal phase.

I agree as well. I usually have a temp dip before ovulation.
